All prices and products were correct at the time of production. PLATINUM FITNESS reserves the right to change the price of a product without notice. In the event that a substantial clerical error has been made in pricing, the prices as indicated by our customer service staff take precedent, and the web site prices are nullified.

HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

·        All equipment on hire to the customer always remains the property of PLATINUM FITNESS. The Customer shall not tamper with the Goods, nor remove from the Goods any identifying mark, labels or ownership identifications.
The Customer shall not create any change, lien or security upon the Goods, nor are the goods to go out of his or her personal control, Platinum Fitness is to be immediately notified of any seizure or attempted seizure the goods.

·        The customer must be over the age of 18 years and ensure that the equipment will not be used by anyone under the age of 18 years.

·        The Customer expressly permits PLATINUM FITNESS, its servants or agents to enter upon any premises where it believes the Goods are located or upon any premises occupied by the Customer for the purpose of repossessing, inspecting, repairing or making adjustments to the goods, or serving any notice or demand in relation to the Goods.

·        It is recommended that the customer should seek medical clearance before commencing any physical activity. We strongly recommend that children be kept well away from this equipment even when not in use. Also, where equipment is mains powered, it is advised that it should be unplugged from the power outlet.

·        All equipment hired to the customer is in good condition and working order and the customer agrees to pay for any damages to equipment while it is on hire, excepting normal wear and tear. The Customer shall be responsible for any damage to or loss of the Goods howsoever caused and, upon demand to pay PLATINUM FITNESS in the case of loss, the value of the Goods, or in the case of damage such value of the cost of repairs. The Goods are strictly for indoor use only.

·        Under no circumstances is PLATINUM FITNESS responsible for any injury, damage caused, illness or loss of life that may result directly or indirectly from using the exercise equipment or advice that they have provided.

·        The customer shall contact PLATINUM FITNESS one week prior to return date listed above to arrange rehire or return. In the event the Goods can not be collected by the due date, an overdue penalty equivalent to a minimum of 1 month rental will apply.

• In the event that the Customer changes his/her address or any other personal details which he/she provided at the time of hire, he/she shall notify PLATINUM FITNESS immediately of such change.
